Privacy Policy for RideKeep

Last updated: July 4, 2026

RideKeep ("the App") is a maintenance and expense log for motorcycles. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Data stored on your device

The motorcycles, maintenance records, reminders, mileage history, expenses, and any receipt photos you enter into RideKeep are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is not uploaded to, or stored on, any server operated by us. We do not have access to it.

Notifications

Maintenance and reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder or schedule data is sent to us or any third party.

Subscriptions and purchases

RideKeep offers optional premium purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system, processed via RevenueCat. To manage purchases and entitlements, RevenueCat may collect an anonymous device/user identifier and purchase transaction data (e.g., product purchased, purchase date, subscription status). This information is used solely to verify and manage your subscription. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Data we do not collect

RideKeep does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, or location, and does not use the data you enter for advertising or analytics purposes.

Data deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting motorcycles/records within the App, or by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data from your device.

Children's privacy

RideKeep does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
